Natasha Hay

Natasha Hay is an Australian artist currently living in Lisbon, Portugal. She studied a BA of fine art at National Art school, Sydney.

Since moving to Portugal she finds herself working between mediums - ceramics, drawing and printmaking. Drawing whether it’s a piece of charcoal or a coloured pencil allows her to find an immediate response with quick results. Ceramics and printmaking on the other hand, she finds herself loving the processes and experimenting and testing material. Her subject matter is quite often inspired by film, myths, memories, stories and dreams. Usually figurative, these quite often get manipulated and collaged.
